Toby Dowdy

Jackson W. Herring Sr. was a working musician and a DJ on WDVH during the mid 1950's.  This is the earliest photo we've found so far from WDVH's history (thank's to Michael Herring).
That Gates mixing console and Altec microphone were still in use in 60's (see photos below) and in the production studio in the early 70's.
